That’s what draws me back into the field every time. It doesn’t matter if I’m sharing a boat in Greenland with a guide who has never left his village, or a turkey blind with one of my closest friends, the shared experiences and common heritage of hunting and fishing are the driving force behind every shutter press.

You won’t find any images in my galleries that look like a professionally concocted hallmark capture, or the “perfect” branding scenario - because that’s not a real moment. That doesn’t resonate with serious end-users. What truly resonates are the gritty, laughable, and genuine moments that replay in your mind over and over long after the trip has ended and you’ve gone home. These are the moments that keep us coming back for more, these are the moments I strive to capture.
